The Agent Benchmarking service analyze the fees of the customer’s agents, compare them to the market and report on possible inconsistencies and surcharges, especially on official fees.

We negotiate ideal rates with the customer’s agents, including correct official fees. At the customer’s request, we can also negotiate fees with other agents such as our preferred agents network.

We lock in the negotiated rates for 1, 2 or 3 years using Service Level Agreements.

With the optional CostCalculator web service, the customer can calculate the budget for future projects or check the agents’ fees.

The Agent Benchmarking Service optionally helps the customer verify that agent bills are in line with agreed fees and make sure that agents understand billing requirements.

At the end of the project we provide a summary report of all activities and achieve savings for submission to the customer’s board of directors.
